Dr. John Forsyth, Professor of Psychology, concludes the Spring 2020 schedule of Campus Conversations in Standish with a talk titled Why It's Hard Being Human: Transforming Human Suffering With Psychological Flexibility.. An expert in the area of anxiety, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), he is the co-author of the book Anxiety Happens. Light refreshments will be provided.
