Description
The Minerva Room (LI-B003) is a multipurpose space on the University Library's garden level that serves both as an open study area and an event venue. The room features flexible furniture configurations, garden access, and a stage area. The room accommodates large groups of 30-90.
Reserving the Minerva Room for Events
The room may be reserved by University faculty, staff, departments, and student organizations for events, workshops, and large classes. Reservations for use of the room will be granted on a preferred basis for University Libraries events, followed by other University at Albany affiliates.
All reservations require approval, and requests must be made at least seven days in advance using our online reservation form. For requests less than seven days in advance, please contact circulation@albany.edu. The Dean of the University Libraries has ultimate approval authority of all requests.

The Minerva Room is located in the garden level of the University Library in the lower level. Take the stairs or the elevator on either side of the main service desk to the garden level; the room is located on the right-hand side.
